The West Extension main canal will apply the aquatic herbicide, Acrolien , to it's water in the Boardman canal on Friday , May 8.  This product will target pond weed and algae in the canal.  The water will be considered under treatment from 7 am Friday, May 8 to 2 pm Saturday , May 9.   We are also doing a Time Travel Study Thursday, May 7  the water will be blue,  so don't be alarmed.  For any questions, please contact the WEID office by return email or calling the office.
