ARGOS - ARGOS is a liquid chelated copper that targets algae. Treatments will start at approximately 7:00 am each day, and take 6 hours at each application site. It is applied at the rate of 1 ppm for a 6-hour set; this compares to the Copper Sulfate Crystals, which are applied at a rate of 5-6 ppm and have a lengthy holding time. Treatments are done over 2-3 days due to the lengthy application time.
ACROLEIN (MAGNACIDE H) - Magnacide H (active ingredient Acrolein) targets pond weed and algae. Treatments will start at approximately 6 am.
